    BP should be ashamed to have these people representing their company name. Being kind & having good manners in customer service isn't hard. These two pathetic humans don't deserve having a job. I am in the employment industry & know there are people far more deserving of being paid to work & would represent BP with a quality customer service.

    I will never drop into this petrol station again & will definitely spread the word of my appalling service to anyone living in the vicinity.

    Driving from an event stopped to purchase food due to low blood pressure . 11.30pm; Doors were locked, an old dirty looking female who was cleaning up outside was extremely rude & condescending (& rolling her eyes ) toward me when I queried how to get inside the locked doors.
